Some things are definitely worth splurging on. For example, bags retain their value if you’re looking to possibly sell it in the future while shoes will only depreciate in value through time. Think about it, would you buy someone’s old worn shoes even if it’s couture? Probably not.

I was watching a show today about a woman who shops at bargain stores for bags. She collected over 68 bags (which was overflowing in her closet to say the least). All I was thinking was why not save up all the money to buy 5 designer bags you love and wear over and over again? I can promise you that most of her bags were stored and probably forgotten about. To wear what you have, you need to see it.
