Turning a new decade? Most people fear turning 30, 40, 50 or 60 wondering if they could have done more, should have done something or would have done anything different. New research is suggesting that turning a new decade usually triggers self reflection and some form of change. They looked at areas: exercising, cheating and suicide (the latter is a little morbid I admit). Turns out, your chances of cheating on your spouse increases during the turn of a new decade.

I think I’ll opt for some retail therapy instead. -A.
